Terms of Service

By accessing the Symbol-X digital infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Symbol-X Systems.

1. Usage Protocols

You agree to use our platform and tools solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to reverse engineer any encrypted components (e.g., Vault-X).
• Using our infrastructure for distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
• Injecting malicious code into our public-facing tools (e.g., HTML Viewer).

2. Intellectual Property

All proprietary code, algorithms, and design assets contained within Symbol-X are the exclusive property of Symbol-X Systems. However, for clients engaging in our "One-Time Build" or "Retainer" services, full intellectual property rights for the delivered product are transferred to the client upon final payment.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For our Enterprise clients, we guarantee a 99.9% uptime SLA. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, service credits will be issued in accordance with your specific Master Services Agreement (MSA).

4. Limitation of Liability

Symbol-X provides its public tools (Password Manager, SEO Auditor, etc.) on an "AS IS" basis. While we employ military-grade encryption, we accept no liability for data loss resulting from user negligence (e.g., lost Master Keys) or compromised local devices.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
